GeoRide est une application que je recommande sans hésitation. L’interface est moderne, intuitive et très agréable à utiliser. La géolocalisation est précise, les notifications sont rapides et les nombreuses fonctionnalités apportent une vraie tranquillité d’esprit au quotidien.

On sent que l’équipe améliore régulièrement l’application en ajoutant de nouvelles fonctionnalités et en restant à l’écoute de sa communauté. Pour tout motard soucieux de la sécurité de sa moto, c’est un investissement qui vaut largement le coup.

Un application qui évolue de mieux en mieux à chaque mise à jour. Il serait intéressant de pouvoir gérer la suppression des trajets via un moteur de recherche pour supprimer en masse tout ceux qu’on a pas fusionné. Ou possibilité d’archiver ceux qu’on souhaite garder après les avoir mis en favoris et d’effacer les autres automatiquement après un certain temps…

Je l’ai acheté sur recommandation d’une connaissance. L’installation du boîtier est assez simple et l’application est intuitive et bien conçue. Après un nouveau calibrage suite à la une réponse du SAV, la géolocalisation en stationnement beaucoup plus juste, même en sous sol. Le sol bémol qui reste est le fait que toutes les marques et modèles de moto ne sont pas entrées dans leur base (surtout les chinoises). Cependant, les alertes et la détection du téléphone fonctionnent bien

### 3/5 — Bonne protection, mais interface imbuvable

Si géoride est connu pour sa protection de qualité, l’application elle laisse à désirer. 
Le premier élément qui me choque, c’est le fait de ne pas voir à quelle heure a été vu pour la dernière fois le traqueur, c’est quand même la base dans le monde du Tracking. 
Le second problème, c’est que l’on a aucun accès à l’historique autre que les trajets. Une petite courbe de suivi de la tension de batterie serait clairement la bienvenue par exemple. 
Et puis, vu que le boîtier peut se connecter au téléphone en Bluetooth intéressant de pouvoir interagir un peu plus et avoir des données en direct, notamment lorsque le réseau ne permet pas aux GeoRide d’envoyer les données rapidement. 

Bref, il y a plein de choses à dire, énormément de détails à revoir du côté de l’application. Côté sécurité, je ne me fais pas de soucis et je suis même plutôt rassuré d’avoir ce boitier.

J’ai acheté le GeoRide 3s à sa sortie, avec toute les équipements ( live alarm, live wheel et live detect ) j’ai reçu une partie partie de ma commande (boîtier et live alarm) fin avril, le reste fin juin, très bonne communication sur les retards, préparation, envoie des colis, le services client est réactif.

Positive : 

- facile d’utilisation et d’installation,

- choix dans les accessoires,

- prix de l’abonnement (pour ce qui l’on achète) n’est pas onéreux (5€ par mois 110€ pour 2 ans),

- fonctionnalités ( mode entretien, rappel des entretiens, désactiver de la protection auto avec reconnaissance du téléphone ou avec badge, partage de la géolocalisation, assistance après vol, historique des événements,…)

- l’enregistrement des trajets (inclinaison, météo, géolocalisation, vitesse (un écart de 5-15km/h)

défauts :

- quelques déconnexion, mais des reconnexion rapide (5-6 depuis avril de 10 minutes environ) 

- le boîtier live alarm la jonction du câble et du boîtier (le joint) n’a pas résisté lors de son installation j’ai dû remettre de la pâte a joint moi-même,

- les piles des 2 live Wheel, son déjà HS alors que je ne les ai pas encore installé (2,70v au lieu de 3v) j’ai quand même essayé,
ATTENTION !!! Sur les live wheel il y a le logo de GeoRide c’est pas discret, cela augmente fortement la chance de les voleurs sache qu’il y a un traqueur 🤦🏼‍♂️

This company has the worst customer service anyone I’ve ever seen. I’ve sent them emails. I’ve tried to find a phone#. I’ve sent them Facebook text messages. I am now doing this bad review and I would put it as a -5 stars if I have an opportunity…. Do not purchase this product! They have no customer service. I just want to talk to someone.

J’utilise GeoRide 3 depuis 2021
Rien à dire très bonne fonctionnalités innovantes et complètes. SAV réactif, suivi des mises à jour avec des updates régulières, bonne communication sur le produit via insta pub et YouTube. Un produit français au top. Vol de la moto de mon frère qui était partagé avec mon appli, retrouvée en moins d’une heure grâce à la police et la feature assistance après vol avec lien en temps réel du suivi de la moto.
GeoRide 3s sortie récemment très novateur aussi !

This update makes updating your GeoRide more reliable.

The update could fail at the very end: everything installed normally, then your GeoRide restarted to apply the new version, but the app did not wait long enough for it. It reported a failure, and your GeoRide went back to its previous version. The app now waits as long as it takes during that restart, and the update goes through. If yours never made it, launch it again from the app. And if an update still fails, the app now sends us more details so we can understand what happened and help you faster.

On the map, your bike now stays clearly in view when you move the panel at the bottom of the screen. Until now, with the bike parked, the map did not reframe and your bike could stay hidden behind the panel.

This update helps you get going again when your GeoRide’s update won’t start.

If your phone kept an outdated Bluetooth setup for your GeoRide, the update could stall before it even began. When that happens, the app now clearly explains what is going on and exactly what to do: turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and back on, then try again. Before, you were left with a generic message that didn’t explain what was wrong.

This update clears two roadblocks: picking a photo and allowing Bluetooth.

You no longer need to grant access to your entire photo library to pick a single photo, whether you are sharing a ride, changing your bike’s photo or setting it up: the picker opens right away, with no permission needed, even if you had declined that access in the past.

When the app needs Bluetooth to talk to your bike, it now asks for permission right on screen, at the right moment. Before, if that permission had never been requested, you were sent to your phone’s settings, where there was nothing to switch on yet.

This update keeps your rides list always up to date and puts you in control of the map.

Your latest ride now shows up on its own: coming back to the app or opening the activity tab refreshes the list automatically. No more restarting the app to see your latest outing.

On the map, when you explore a ride, the view now stays right where you put it: no more surprise reframing while you zoom in on a corner. And to get the full picture back, a recenter button appears as soon as you move the map, just like when following your bike.

Finally, when you come back to the app, your bike’s protection status shows in grey while it is being checked, instead of staying green with outdated information. What you see is now always the real state.

This update makes the app’s forms clearer when something needs fixing.

Until now, some fields could reject what you typed with a vague “Invalid input” message that didn’t tell you much. Every field now explains clearly, in your language, what needs to be corrected.

We also fixed a blocker when activating a GeoRide: using the email address suggested by your phone could sneak an invisible space onto the end of the address and stop you from moving to the next step, even though everything looked right on screen. The address is now accepted first time.
