## What is GeoTrack Field Attendance?

GeoTrack makes attendance effortless for people who work at a fixed site or out in the field. Arrive at your work area and you're checked in automatically — leave and you're checked out. No more forgetting to clock in, and a personal timesheet so you always know your hours.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Automatic check-in and check-out — the moment you arrive at your assigned work area, your shift starts; when you leave, it ends
• Arrival and departure reminders so you always know your attendance was recorded — even when the app is closed
• "My Hours" timesheet — see your hours for today, this week and every day, kept up to date automatically
• Start a shift with a quick selfie check-in
• See your assigned area and required hours, and your live status
• Send an SOS to your manager when you need help

Automatic attendance is optional: you turn it on yourself, and the status-bar indicator is shown whenever location is active. Location is only used around your assigned work areas during your shift.

FOR MANAGERS
• Add employees and draw coverage areas on a map (circle or polygon) — a branch, work zone, event, or field-service area
• Set required hours and shift times
• See your whole team live on a map — inside or outside their area
• Alerts for entry, exit, duration milestones, leaving early, SOS and GPS issues
• Daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports with Excel and PDF export

• Available in English and Spanish, with light and dark themes
• A companion web dashboard is available for administrators

GeoTrack is provided to you by your organization. You sign in with the account your manager creates — there is no public sign-up.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life. Location is only used around your assigned work areas while automatic attendance or a shift is active, and you can turn it off at any time.
