doesnt work on ipad 2020

i tried the app because the portal doesnt work on browser either, i tried several browsers too but no luck, this app crashes when you try to login on ipad pro 2020

edit: i tried with iphone 11, same issue, android logins but stays blank.

edit2: turns out my account needed a mobile license to use the app

Very Confused

I downloaded this GIS app because GIS is one of my many hobbies. The first thing that popped up when I opened up the app was a screen that told you to sign in. I was completely new to this app, and did not have an account. But the weirdest thing is that the page doesn’t give you an option to make a new account, which renders it useless. I am very disappointed, considering that I was very excited to get this app and enjoy it.
