Geozone expert- захожу в приложение сканирую код пишет не правильный cid на этом все больше сделать ничего не дает, ввожу код в ручную тоже ничего не дает сделать

Приложение работает только от вайфая дома, на улице от мобильной сети просто не заходит, ничего посмотреть невозможно. С недавнего времени начало показывать ошибку камеры, в приложении геопозиция определяется примерно/около 300-500 метров от реального местоположения, иногда часы, которые лежат в квартире, приложение показывает геопозицию в глухом лесу или в поле, наверно хорошо хоть область дна и та же😂👍 Очень часто часы зависают, с приложения перезагружается не с первого раза, иногда и не с десятого.

На часах порван qr код и cid, пытаюсь отсканировать с экрана часов пишет что неправильный cid. Короче выбросили деньги, ребенок так ждал, а по факту пользоваться не можем. Отвратительно

Upd: в магазине действительно перепутали коробки. Поддержка помогла.
