Literally years that I have been unable to view my benefits on the App and no response to my enquiries including from the Ombud Office!

The app is completely unfunctional and doesn’t let you log in. Self service phone line also not working.

The app sounds so promising!  Unfortunately we cannot even register in the app. It doesn’t seem to work for anyone who lives outside RSA.
