Dieses Problem existieren sehr lange, ich habe das Problem mehrmals per Chat in der App gemeldet und die App erneut installiert und noch mal versucht, das hat aber leider zum keinen Ergebnis geführt. Es scheint, dass es sehr wenig App-Updates zu geben, um Bugs zu fixen. Schade, da ich sehr mit der Performance von GKC zufrieden bin. ### 2/5 — Abläufe mangelhaft *2024-06-26, version 1.7* Eigentlich wollte ich aus Überzeugung über diesen Robo investieren- aber die Abläufe sind mehr als schleppend und nerven. Nach Wochen wurde endlich das Konto eröffnet- bis zur Investition dauerte es wieder- der Kundenservice ahnungslos, konnte auch keine Lösung anbieten. Das war für mich dann der Punkt das Depot zu kündigen- dauert wahrscheinlich auch Wochen- mein Geld habe ich noch nicht zurück bekommen. ### 5/5 — Ideal für passive Passivanleger *2024-04-29, version 1.7* Alles auf einmal investiert und einfach jahrelang liegen lassen … bis jetzt damit gut gefahren und es schont Zeit und Nerven. Die App läuft super flüssig und hat eine modernes Design. Man kann so das Weltportfolio von Gerd Kommer super einfach umsetzen und es wird einem jede Menge Arbeit abgenommen. Jahrhundert vor. ### 1/5 — Mangelhafte App, langsamer Kundenservice *2021-04-13, version 1.1.1* Vorab: ich bin von Herrn Kommer persönlich sowie von seinen Ansätzen überzeugt. Die App, die auf der Scalable Technologie basiert, ist jedoch (aus meiner Sicht erwartungsgemäß) mangelhaft. Mein Kontostand wurde seit 7 Tagen nicht aktualisiert. Generell ist nur *eine* tägliche Aktualisierung möglich (nicht in Echtzeit - mag bei passiven Investments ok sein, gäbe mir aber ein besseres Gefühl). Kundenservice ist aus meiner Sicht zu langsam - ich verstehe, dass Ostern war, trotzdem bin ich hier andere Geschwindigkeit gewohnt. Dazu ist für mich derzeit nicht ersichtlich bzw. nachvollziehbar, wie ich bei einer 50/50 Streuung auf 30% Tagesgeld komme. Bitte bessert da dringend nach, derzeit bin ich nicht bereit, hier größere Summen abzulegen. Update: hängt schon wieder 4 Tage zurück. Das ist einfach nicht zeitgemäß und ich korrigiere auf 1 Stern.
