Understand it, don't cram it. Nori helps you prepare for the theory test for a German class B driver's license – with drawn scenes you can replay and explanations in your language. Every practice question explained. Exam simulation, trainers for traffic signs and right of way, flashcards, and listen mode. Pay once: no ads, no subscription, no account. This app is an independent study aid and has no connection to TÜV, DEKRA, TÜV | DEKRA arge tp 21 or any government agency. The test questions come from the catalog of questions issued by the authorities (as of April 1, 2025). All pictures, scenes, and animations are our own; on the actual test, situations look different. Translations and explanations are study aids; the German wording of the test is what counts. WHY NORI If you understand a situation, you'll recognize it in a new picture too. So Nori shows you the situation, explains the why, and tells you honestly when you're ready. SCENES TO EXPLORE • Picture and film questions as our own drawn scenes. • After you answer: slow motion, replay, bird's-eye view, and "Scene explained". UNDERSTAND EVERY ANSWER • "Why?" for every practice question, with the section of the law the answer rests on. • Notes on why a wrong answer is wrong, and memory aids. • A glossary of 441 driving terms, each with its German article, an explanation and a translation. • Browse the question catalog: search by word or question number. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND • An exam simulation under the current rules: 30 questions, at most 10 error points. Two wrong 5-point questions and you fail. • Question overview, flag for review, submit, results, and history. • Exam-day mode: no hints, like the real test. • Readiness, calculated from your own answers. The app says "Ready" only after two passed simulations in your test language within 14 days. • Flashcards with spaced repetition: a question comes back just before you'd forget it. • Mistakes list: a question stays until you answer it correctly on two different days. • Add your test date, and Today shows you a daily plan. • A preview of the planned rules from 2027 (draft, for practice only). TRAINERS • Traffic signs: more than 250 signs, quizzes both ways. • Right of way: new intersections every time, from "right before left" to police and emergency vehicles. • Hazard scanner: tap every hazard as soon as you see it. • Stopping distance: a calculator with the road drawn to scale, and drills on the rules of thumb. YOUR LANGUAGE • Questions, answers and explanations in English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, or Ukrainian. • One tap on "DE" shows you the German wording. • The exam simulation runs in your language too. A short notice first tells you what that means. • Taking the test in German? Choose "German + translation" or "German only". • The app itself comes in even more languages. Where your language has no study translation, you study in English or German. LEARN YOUR WAY • Listen mode: Nori reads you the questions and answers. • Widgets: the question of the day on the Home Screen, and your readiness on the Lock Screen too. • Nori, the little cat in a driving cap, studies with you. Lively, quiet, or off: your choice. • A daily goal, a streak with a rest day, and reminders. • Class B and BF17 (accompanied driving from age 17). • Large text and dark mode. FAIR AND PRIVATE • Pay once, everything included: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads. • No account, no login, no analytics. Works offline. • For iPhone, iPad and Mac. With Family Sharing, your family can use it too. GOOD TO KNOW • Explanations and translations were made with AI assistance; the explanations were checked against primary sources. • After installation, the app asks Apple whether you came through an ad from Apple Ads. No personal data is sent. • Support answers technical questions only. • We can't promise that you'll pass. But you'll always know where you stand. ## Is German Driver's License safe?
