German Word Wizard is a unique app that lets kids hear the sounds of german letters and words using a talking movable alphabet. Featuring advanced text to speech capabilities, the app can pronounce and spell-check an unlimited number of original german words. 

German Word Wizard also provides spelling practice with a list of more than 1,900 questions and answers, and the best is that you can add your own words to create any spelling quiz. 

Note that this is an immersive german app - no translation is provided except for menus.

Hiermit bitte ich um die Anpassung der App auf IOS 16… leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Wortlisten ( integriert und eigene) nicht mehr geladen werden j d die App hängt bzw. abstürzt. Das ist richtig, richtig schade denn ich habe sie mit Therapiekindern in der Förderschule sehr gern benutzt.

Nach zahlreichen Versuchen eine gute App zu finden, um einem Leseanfänger Buchstaben zu und deren Aussprache zu vermitteln bin ich endlich auf diese App gestoßen. Ich hatte schon fast die Hoffnung aufgegeben das es die perfekte App gibt und vorher einige kostspielige Käufe getätigt mit denen ich leider nicht sehr zufrieden war. Gottseidank… Jetzt bin ich wirklich happy. Genau so stelle ich mir eine gute Lese Lern App vor!

Die App war schon immer schön, aber nun kann man Aussprachekortekturen für Worte und auch für Wortteile vornehmen und auch selbst besprechen- diese Möglichkeit hat mir zuvor gefehlt...jetzt ist sie da.
Es können viele Einstellungen vorgenommen werden, eigene Listen mit Lernwörtern erstellt und sogar geteilt werden.
Jetzt fehlt nur noch die Möglichkeit, Buchstaben- und Hintergrundfarben individuell gestalten zu können...dann bleiben keine Wünsche mehr offen.
