Can’t get in and when I get in on the browser there’s nothing to see.  I want to be able to access my account info without making a phone call.

Haven’t been able to o get access to my account more times than I have been able to access it.

**Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience.  Germania is in the process of updating our mobile app to provide a better experience.  It will be available soon.  In the meantime, you can use the browser version, which has the same features as the mobile app, by going to https://policyholders.germaniaconnect.com.

Not able to login and error message says unexpected error.

Been trying for a year to get into app but always get message that it doesn’t work.  Called 3 times and was told that app was being improved and would be up soon.  Never has happened.   So frustrating. Shouldn’t have to call them every month.
