### 3/5 — Vibecoded, but good content

The app really seems to be vibecoded. Way too laggy and unresponsive, with weird UI in the gramatic exercises. However, the content and study plans seem to be genuinely good, which is a shame because the UX is atrocious.
I am uninstalling this for the moment, but i hope they can fix the user experience to a point where the good content will shine, and ill definitely use the app daily once that happens.

Germanize can now help you in 36 languages.

The app does not translate everything for you, and that is the whole idea. You read German, you get stuck, you keep going, and your brain slowly stops translating and starts understanding.

But when you do get stuck, the help should arrive in a language you actually think in. Indonesian, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Thai, Malay, Filipino, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Slovak, Croatian, Serbian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Hebrew and Persian now join the eighteen that were already here. The hint behind an exercise, the reason an answer was wrong, the grammar lesson you open when a rule will not stick: all of it in your language, still one tap away, still only when you ask.

The rest of this update is quieter. Your daily plan now promises exactly the session it builds, the Today screen behaves itself on iPad, the wrong answers in exercises got harder to guess your way past, and a few screens that used to freeze no longer do.
