### 3/5 — Not for cyclists

*2024-12-22*

Great app if you walk or run. But cycling or other workouts it doesn’t consider so don’t expect to be called younger if that’s what you do.

### 2/5 — Ok app, unreliable health kit sync, no support

*2024-05-04, version 4.3.2*

I like the idea of this app but cannot give it more than two stars due to unreliable syncing of healthkit data, which drives it's predictions and negatively impacts the users ability to make meaningful changes, and large battery impact. Also, support is non-existent with requests going unanswered for more than a week.

Update: 4/2024

Still having problems with data syncing from HealthKit. Time to abandon the app.

### 4/5 — Good idea and UI but…

*2024-05-01, version 4.3.1*

Not very clear how precise this biological age estimate is and what to do with this information. My biological age is almost identical to chronological. Although looking at the history it seemed to be higher during COVID but that’s perhaps because I was sitting at home so no steps were counted

### 4/5 — Good idea

*2024-04-20*

I like the idea and happy to help to deepening our understanding and knowledge around aging.

It doesn’t seem like the app is fully leveraging all the data available through Health app. It’s just grabbing heart rate and steps. There is lots available that I think would make any AI model more powerful such as blood pressure, weight, exercise details, glucose, vo2max, sleep, etc. the fact that weight is set just as an input value during initial setup but doesn’t pull from Health seems like a miss. Certainly not everyone has other devices that contribute these data values into Health for this app to leverage. However, many of us do so the ai model should be flexible to calculate on a wide range of attributes and perhaps become more meaningful as the number of attributes increases. If you are going to pull data from Health, why just 2???

### 3/5 — No data

*2024-02-06*

It says on the program. Check back in a few days for results. But I have and still nothing. I have since downloading the app have had some runs and a couple of workouts and nothing shows

### 3/5 — Gus

*2021-12-03, version 3.0.1*

Too soon to tell. You ask no relevant questions

### 2/5 — Promises more than it delivers

*2021-08-09*

I’ve followed this app diligently for 3-4 months now, while I’ve increased my running, dropped weight, improved sleep, and ate healthier. None of these trends, separately or together, have produced a noticeable difference on my age trend line. It just seems to randomly cycle between 67 and 72. So, though their concept and research make sense, but I’m getting no usable info out of the app.

### 3/5 — So-so

*2021-06-03*

This doesn’t match up with the parameters from either my cardio ap or the general health ap that the iPhone has, although I have authorized it to share data. It only asks a few vague general questions, and doesn’t allow any specific input. I’ve only had it a few days, so this may change but, so far, color me unimpressed.

### 3/5 — Making a account

*2021-06-02*

I tried making a account multiple times and it would not allow me to do so.

### 3/5 — Promising start, Needs some work

*2021-05-26*

Looking good so far, needs some work.
For example, need the ability to log starting date for interventions that I started in the past - for example, I started IF years ago, I should be able to provide that info somehow.
May also be good to link some other health info, such as waist circumference and BF% if available. But intrigued to follow as the app develops...

### 1/5 — Just gives numbers without any information.

*2021-05-26, version 3.0.1*

Here’s your biological age…. But it tells you nothing about what goes into that.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-05-21, version 2.5.0*

Doesn’t work. Just says it can’t calculate my bioage

### 1/5 — Damn bad

*2019-11-12, version 2.5.0*

Confusing AF

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2025-02-05*

Does not provide any insights to why my biological age is going up or down.

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2024-08-27, version 4.3.2*

App doesn’t work. Tried several times to upload my data but it stops and freezes half way.

### 1/5 — VO2 Max

*2023-09-15, version 3.0.1*

Why aren’t you getting the VO2 Max from Apple fitness. Why are you just using heart rate variability? Why is my real age so high and completely different from PAI Fitness Age? My real age doesn’t vary with the difficulty of the workouts!

### 1/5 — Confusing, unclear money scam.

*2021-08-17, version 3.0.1*

Confusing, unclear money scam squared.

### 1/5 — Takes Too much time

*2021-08-04, version 3.0.1*

If I don’t enter each individual vitamin I take every day, it erases all other things I do. Takes to long to do that every day.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work and no developer support

*2021-06-19, version 3.0.1*

I read a recommendation for this app, it’s great potential for aging awareness however it doesn’t work, you can’t sign into it and the developers don’t respond to emails for support. Sadly disappointed. Maybe they’re more focused with where the big $$ are??

### 1/5 — Didn’t link to Fitbit

*2021-06-04, version 3.0.1*

This didn’t appear to link to my Fitbit account so I don’t see how it’s getting accurate information

### 1/5 — Unable

*2021-05-27, version 3.0.1*

I’m unable to start an account.

### 1/5 — Way off

*2021-05-26, version 3.0.1*

I’ve had my blood work done I’m also a certified short sleeper and an athlete. My biological age is 13 years younger then my birth age. This doesn’t work for beens. Fail.

### 1/5 — Can’t delete tactics

*2021-05-26, version 3.0.1*

Extremely confusing app

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It's great

*2023-12-26, version 4.1.0*

I'm always looking for motivation to take care of myself. I'm 49, but my biological age is 46. As I bring that number down, it will be even more motivating.

One suggestion would be that getting to bed early is worth far more than getting 8 hours sleep.
If I sleep at 2am and get 10 hours sleep, my HRV always shows my heart is struggling.
But going to bed at 10, sleeping 6 hours, my HRV shows perfect.

Thank you so much for this wonderful app!

### 5/5 — Very accurate

*2023-11-26*

Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Predicts more than just biological age

*2023-11-22*

This app quickly loaded my health data and gave me useful predictions of my biological age, my resilience (recovery time from stress), and my position on the biological age distribution.

I’d love the addition of more metrics!!

### 5/5 — Love this and want more insights!

*2023-01-31, version 3.0.1*

Amazing all and great precision. For everyone into longevity and healthier, longer lives!

### 5/5 — Gives a parsing error when attempting registration

*2021-08-09*

An excellent tool to help reduce your biological age. I would like to be able to see a daily age readout, that feature is not working in the app. Also would like to see resilience calculated to the decimal place in order to more precisely track progress. It currently gives the result in weeks and does not display a value below 2 weeks. Also unable to register via email, it gives a “parsing” error.

### 5/5 — Amazing accuracy and I’m terminally ill

*2021-06-17, version 3.0.1*

This app is 100% accurate and I’m terminally ill. I have battled a terminal illness (CTE and MSA/Parkinson Plus) and have been in and out of regression dependent on treatment. I have utilised the latest alternative therapies and modern science. I have been in comas, ICU more times than I can count, died technically and came back and contracted covid . Presently I’m receiving treatment that is reversing my conditions.

We have been methodical in recording all data and using the latest technology.

This app has pinpointed with amazing accuracy the exact moments of regression, symptom reduction through various methods, COVID, treatment, healing , regression and now healing.

To the app developers well done. Happy to share data If you wish.

### 5/5 — Feel

*2020-03-06, version 2.5.0*

It’s a good app

### 5/5 — Susan

*2019-10-02, version 2.5.0*

Susan

### 5/5 — Motivating

*2019-03-21, version 2.1.4*

The integration is what I find most appealing as I use multiple ways to track and examine my activities. Gero is one further way to entice me to keep improving the way I aim to be the very b st version of me.

### 5/5 — Awsome

*2018-10-04, version 1.7.2*

I think I have to run a lot!
