It was on MIRROR that I first encountered Gerren Liles, and I completed more workouts with Gerren than any other trainer on the platform. With the MIRROR being sold and live classes ceasing in January 2024, Gerren launched his own platform, which just celebrated its one year anniversary, Gerren Liles - Vision Fitness. Gerren’s platform earns my highest recommendation, and I encourage you to check it out for his innovative live classes (including Bingo, partner training, and scavenger hunt!), vast library of on demand classes, and inspiring community: TEAM 100!!.
