### 5/5 — Best app for GD!

*2025-09-12, version 1.8.59*

I love this app so much! It has made my GD journey just a little bit easier. You start the timer when you eat, can input your meals & 2 hrs later it notifies you to log your numbers. I’ve relied so heavily on this app to keep my numbers organized when I need to transfer them to my paper log. I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs to track their sugars!

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-08-02, version 1.8.59*

Really simple and easy to use. The sharing the report option is great, it does what I need to send reports to my MDs in a nice table. It’s even worth paying extra to take the ads off. Even with ads it’s not a lot of ads either.

### 5/5 — Makes tracking blood sugars and foods way better!

*2025-07-20, version 1.8.59*

Great for reminding me when to take my blood sugars. Helped me see what foods spiked my blood sugars and which ones didn’t. I also loved how I could generate reports and send them to my doctor or whoever I needed to.

### 5/5 — Good app, very easy to use for GD mamas

*2025-07-02, version 1.8.59*

This app has served me well through two GD pregnancies. I appreciate that it’s free and very streamlined. Also very easy to generate and submit reports to my midwife. I had tried a couple diabetes apps (that were not specific to gestational diabetes) and they were way too complicated—this is the only free app I’ve found that’s tailored for those of us with GD.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2025-06-10, version 1.8.59*

Good way to track my food and blood sugar, requires minimum effort on my part as well. Wish there was a place to record exercise workouts, but still 5 stars.

### 5/5 — GA tracker

*2025-05-22, version 1.8.59*

Great App!
Easy to use and love the reports it generates.

I would love for the reminders just to be a little louder!

### 5/5 — Loved it

*2025-05-09, version 1.8.59*

During my pregnancy this app helped me track when to take my blood sugar. So thankful for this app!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2025-01-25, version 1.8.59*

This app is wonderful!!!! It’s exactly what I was looking for—a way to track food & blood sugar with no fluff. It’s simple and user-friendly. I love the tool of being able to export a spreadsheet to see all of the data together. Well done!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2024-09-14, version 1.8.53*

I was just diagnosed with GD and was completely overwhelmed with how I would track all of the readings. This app keeps things simple! I love it so much and even paid for it so I could remove the ads. Thank you for creating this app!

### 4/5 — Love it! But a few suggestions

*2024-08-31, version 1.8.53*

This app has made a difficult diagnosis so much easier. GD is a beast, but I love how easy it is to log my meals and blood sugar. I like how customizable the settings are as well, since different clinics have different standards. This was the first GD tracker app I downloaded and haven’t felt the need to even look into others. It does what I need, easily and simply!

If I could change anything about it, though, here’s what I’d change:

- my care team constantly complains that the font size in the report is too small and that it’s difficult to tell what column is what. I also wish there was an option to export the report as a PDF and not just an Excel file.
- pleeeease consider making an Apple Watch version of this app if you’re not already! It would be so nice to be able to start a meal or at least log blood sugar on the watch, then add in meal details later on the phone.
- this has no bearing on the function/usefulness of the app, but the ability to customize colors besides pink would be awesome :)

Thank you for making this!

### 5/5 — Easy to use!

*2024-08-20, version 1.8.53*

This is such a life saver for my gestational diabetes! From notifications on when to take my blood sugar, to a convenient way to track what I eat with the carbs, I am better prepared for all my OB appointments. Thank you so much for this!

### 5/5 — 10/10 so helpful!

*2024-08-20, version 1.8.53*

Makes it so easy to track my blood sugar during a stressful time. I didn’t realize how helpful it would be that it keeps track of how long it’s been between meals and snacks so I don’t have to track it myself. And you can adjust the range too, which is great as the standards have changed for what is in range blood sugar. It’s helped my so much with my gestational diabetes.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2024-08-11, version 1.8.41*

Makes dealing with gestational diabetes even easier. Keeps track of glucose and meals! Highly recommend

### 4/5 — Good App

*2024-07-20, version 1.8.41*

I just started using it and it is very easy to use with reminders set at 1 or 2 hours from meals. I’d like to be able to add previous reading as well, but it doesn’t let me even though I changed the date. It keeps taking the current time into account so it won’t let me add previous readings.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Adds

*2025-08-22, version 1.8.59*

This app was doing fine but it started having adds

### 1/5 — Terible

*2025-01-15, version 1.8.59*

Terrible. Keeps telling me not in range of meal
Mea at 9:04 tested at 11:04 idk how it says it’s not in range
Doesn’t let you bypass and add it to your log

### 1/5 — Potential!

*2024-08-14*

This app looks really good! Apart from the fact that I can’t enter a decimal point to insert my readings in mmol/L.
If I could put in decimal points I’d give this app a good try!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and sorry for this critical issue. I've fixed the decimal point bug, and the update is awaiting Apple’s approval. Please email me at rotem.maoz.dev@gmail.com and I'll notify you when it's live

### 2/5 — The ads are obnoxious

*2026-03-15, version 1.8.59*

I don’t mind banner ads at the bottom or top. But the pop up ones when I’m trying to use the app are enough for me to just write down my readings on paper.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2024-07-19, version 1.8.41*

Very glitchy. Cannot enter fasting numbers as fasting numbers for some reason. The app
Must be broken. It has been for weeks. I also don’t understand why I have to enter my numbers and meals under a different tab. Why can’t this just be a straight forward tracker where I can choose the category without issue and enter my meal and number in the same place?

### 3/5 — Needs post meal blood glucose editing options

*2023-04-03, version 1.7.9*

Very helpful and intuitive, but there is a glaring issue that needs attention. If you make a mistake in not categorizing a blood glucose reading as a post meal (+1 hr) reading, you cannot fix this mistake later and link it to the meal you intended- especially if you have eaten a meal since (say you meant to add a glucose reading to a lunch but didn’t properly categorize it as a post meal reading, you cannot add this reading to the meal if you notice this mistake later- especially if you had dinner prior to noticing the earlier mistake. You get an error message saying the reading is out of range or there is no option to add it directly to the meal entry).

### 3/5 — Good enough

*2023-02-25, version 1.7.9*

I really like that I can set timers for 1hr or 2hr after meals, and that you can put in notes about the different meals and readings! If I have a bad reading I like to make note of what I ate so I know to limit/stay away from that food in the future! My only issue is it won’t let me put in a fasting blood sugar. No matter what I put as my “time” it says I’m out of range. It really should just be a set “after __ hours”.

### 3/5 — Some bugs but overall good, basic app

*2022-10-16, version 1.6.0*

Interface is simple and I like the report export feature. However, the time limit around when you can input +1 and +2 hour readings is too narrow—if you forget to input a reading, it’s very difficult to get the app to accept it and still have it tied to the relevant meal. In settings, you can change the accepted time ranges for inputs, so I made them very broad and now I can’t input any +1 or +2 hour data; it tells me everything is out of range, even though it’s inside the range I set. Not sure how to fix other than delete and reinstall the app, which of course means data loss. If that were fixed, it would be 5 stars.

### 3/5 — Almost perfect

*2022-06-29, version 1.6.0*

The app is strict about entering in times after the logged meals. It’s hard to get those times right if you forget to log a meal. Also there’s a bug that I can’t make it a fast even though it’s been 11hrs.

### 4/5 — Good app- better when I didn't have ads

*2025-01-09, version 1.8.59*

The app is easy to use and like that I can make notes for meals. Very helpful that it makes a spreadsheet that can be sent to providers. Only downfall is I can't figure out how to remove a meal / sugar once I have typed it in, even when it may have been an accident .

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 10 Stars!

*2026-06-10, version 2.0.10*

Thank you, to the creator of this app! Life as it is is already crazy busy and beyond hectic, but throwing in the GD diagnosis makes it a little more hectic! This app is so convenient and so easy to use and is truly a blessing when you’re already keeping track of 100 other things. Thank you to the creator for making this GD process so much more easier to track and for the peace of mind!

### 5/5 — So grateful for this app!

*2026-05-30, version 2.0.7*

Takes the guess work out of the entire process, thank you so much!

### 5/5 — Convenient app for an inconvenient diagnosis

*2026-05-03, version 1.8.59*

Really makes recordings my meals and my sugars easy.

### 5/5 — Love it !

*2026-05-01, version 1.8.59*

Managing gestational diabetes can feel like a full-time job, but this tracker has made the process so much more manageable. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and takes the stress out of the daily routine.
Here is why I find it so helpful:
• Perfect Reminders: It keeps me right on track with exactly when I need to test my blood sugar. I never have to second-guess if it’s time for a post-meal check.
• Clear Reporting: The way it lays out information is fantastic. The week-after-week reports are very easy to understand, making it simple to spot patterns or trends in my numbers.
• Streamlined Design: Everything is convenient and intuitive. It’s a very easy-to-use tool that organizes all my data in one place without any unnecessary complexity.
If you’re looking for a stress-free way to stay on top of your readings, I highly recommend this app!

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2026-04-01, version 1.8.59*

Have used this app through all 3 GD pregnancies! Makes tracking a lot easier and the ability to generate reports allows me to easily share my numbers with my care team.

### 5/5 — It has everything you need

*2026-03-29, version 1.8.59*

This is by far the best blood sugar tracking app out there. It has everything you would need including reminders for fasting levels, meal logs including carb levels, reminders 1 and/or 2 hours after meals etc. You can also directly export your logs and save/print directly from the app. It is such a no-nonsense app and makes tracking blood sugars so easy. I paid for the ad-free version which honestly costs less than a cup of coffee. But, even the free version had very unobtrusive ads. My only regret is that I didn’t know about it during my first pregnancy.

### 5/5 — Simple and Reliable

*2026-02-16, version 1.8.59*

I’ve used this app for two of my pregnancies. It’s simple, easy, free of clutter, and reliable. It’s been an essential part of tracking my glucose during pregnancy.

### 5/5 — Makes tracking my glucose reading so simple

*2025-12-19, version 1.8.59*

I can’t tell you how STRESSED I was when I was diagnosed with GDM. Just thinking about all the tracking was sending me into a frenzy! I am so happy I found this app. It has streamlined so much of this GDM journey. I love being able to easily track my food, bg, and add notes. It even sets 1hr and 2 hr reminders for you. It’s amazing! Recommending to anyone who has GDM. Thank you so much for developing this app!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2025-09-15, version 1.8.59*

The app has been a super easy way to track all my numbers without keeping a notebook or notes I love it!
