I had ordered from a restaurant where the estimated delivery was around an hour. The people from this app’s customer service call us and have no clue wether the order was even accepted by the restaurant. A few minutes later, we get another call confirming the order. An hour later, we get the delivery. Here’s where it all goes horribly wrong, we were handed someone else’s order, and when I called to inform this, the people said they will look into it. Almost an hour and like 6 calls later, the people at Dukan refuse to help us completely, and claim that the restaurant wasn’t andwering them, which to my surprise was a lie. We called the restaurant, they listened to us, apologized, and delivered our order to us within a few minutes. The restaurant owner went as far as to say that the people at Dukan are liars and that this has happened a couple of times in the past. The fact that these people lied to us makes this so much more ridiculous, since it had already been almost 2 hours past out lunch time. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to absolutely anyone. ### 1/5 — there is no number for customer care *2022-09-05* its been more than 2 hrs i have not received the order hotel guys telling no body is coming to pick up the order if i want to call the customer service or cancel the order there is no options or no phone numbers ti do it... ### 1/5 — Charges your card and doesn’t deliver *2022-02-15* This app charges you and doesn’t make delivery even after calling many times ; customer support is just a lady who is always out of office for some reason.
