## What is Get Fit/Stay Fit?

The Get Fit/Stay Fit app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Get Fit/Stay Fit program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach.  

WHO CAN USE THE APP
Clients can only use the app if they are working with a Get Fit/Stay Fit coach. If you are a Get Fit/Stay Fit client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app.
