Chris has a variety of workouts for any level. I love that it’s available on Roku as well. The workouts vary in intensity from short beginner to much longer advanced. They have several free videos to see if you like the workouts. More than enough for me to choose from. The only negative is the app always shuts down at least once while using it. I stop what I’m doing and get it going again. It’s not actually an app even though it’s in the App Store. You can’t open it on your Apple TV -because it’s not an app. Not a smart tv. For a fire stick. Nothing. I searched my email to confirm. They then charged me my renewal fee. Upon researching this, I learned I was charged a week early. I emailed them this morning and did not even receive an auto response saying someone would be in touch. This feels like such a scam.
