The app does not work. When you select a picture and try to get LRV it asks to select a picture first.
Utter rubbish.

**Developer response:** Choose the area on the image. Tap the crop symbol next to either Get LRV 1 (or Get LRV 2). The LRV is then displayed. Works :)
