I would love to know when the tender for the supply and maintenance of this app was sent out.  This is a waste of taxpayers money. It doesn’t work.  Shame on you all mea council

Used this when I had a membership at amphitheater and again today to book my Don into summer scheme. What an ordeal. 

Without a doubt the worst user friendly app on my phone. It’s beyond MEABC to do anything properly.

How anyone was paid to design this app is beyond me. A GCSE student could do a better job. Not user friendly at all! Never able to book anything on here for swimming. It’s 2022 MEA! Come on , youse are paid enough to do better!

I suppose it’s what can be expected of a local authority website/app but this is really poor to the point of not being fit for purpose. It’s extremely difficult to book either by phone or online to use their facilities but by adding an app that doesn’t work, they compounded the problem. I’m not a app developer but surely it can’t be that hard to achieve an app that actually works.

App is rubbish - joined and registered won’t allow me to validate the registration and therefore I can’t book anything. Called the leisure centre get an automated message telling you to book on line - guess what I can’t! Contacted MEA council - still waiting on a reply. Shame I couldn’t rate zero

Let’s you get on to the app then until you go and pay for the session that you’ve booked it comes up with authentication failed all the time !
Spoke to people that work at the local pool and they gave a leaflet on how to login online. Tried it twice and said the same thing authentication failed.
App is not great at all and advised not to use it !

Why is there no information to advise that it doesn’t work?

Take the app down and fix it ! - this is a complete embarrassment.

Waste of tome downloading this. Can’t get past the log in screen after verification email.  Endless loop of page load error messages.

The ‘app’ is not very user friendly. Booking classes should be as simple as > select type of class > select available date and time. Design is inconsistent and outdated but what do you expect from a council site. It’s easier to call up and book.

Facilities are good.

Attempted to use multiple times on numerous days to book a swim session, repeatedly states an error has occurred please try again later. Unnecessarily complicated registration process, requires web page set up plus app. Can’t book for more than one person each person in group has to register, download app and book individually. System needs improved
