Horrible help with payment issues zero rating if I could ### 1/5 — A complete and total scam! *2026-07-07, version 1.0.9* I cannot believe Apple has allowed this app on their platform. It does not work; you can't even get past the install screen without signing up for a $5-a-week subscription. After paying for the subscription, I still get nothing but failures. The app refuses to advance past the installation screens, showing errors repeatedly. Tech support is nonexistent. Their older apps were terrible, never worked, and now their new one is even worse. These people exploit family and friends who have loved ones behind bars by overcharging them for texts, calls, and videos, and by releasing poor-quality apps and websites. They should be sued for civil rights violations; they are an incompetent, immoral, and completely corrupt company that needs to be removed from the Apple platform. ### 1/5 — No response *2026-07-07, version 1.0.9* I have tried this for months and have never been able to get through, and have only been able to send $$$. Three days later and every day since my entire apple account is frozen behind a mandatory billing update because of a failed payment to these goons getting stuck in my pending transactions.
