## What is Get Out Get Love?

Developed by Chartered Psychologists, supporting people of all sexes, races, ages, sexualities and cultures to reach freedom and self-love / self-worth after abusive relationships.

This App can be used stand-alone and also alongside the 'Get Out Get Love' programme.  

It includes:

- Quick link access to the Get Out Get Love programme (for paid members)

- Access to a 6-week+ course to support the development of self-compassion (learning to manage emotions, to reduce self blame and criticism and to practice being kind to ourselves).

- Quick link access to meditations designed specifically for people who have left abusive relationships, created by the author of 'Get Out Get Love'

- Regular readings that support adults exiting and recovering from relationships

- Notifications of new content (podcasts, live events etc).

- Quick help links for people in need.
