It has turned my IVF journey from stressful and upsetting to one where I feel calm, hopeful and relaxed. I’ve never really been good at meditating, and the other meditation apps out there aren’t specifically tailored to the fertility journey like this one is. I get reminders and prompts every day that feel on point for me. I LOVE the short videos and the audio tracks. The voice is just so soothing (it’s so nice to hear an Irish accent!). It’s beautifully designed, intuitive, well thought out, customer support is amazing, and the peace of mind it gives me is priceless.
