Planning workouts has always been tough for me. I tried using a notebook and a spreadsheet but nothing was this intuitive. In the app you can create your own workouts that include supersets and time based sets. Highly recommend!

It’s about time someone made a fitness app where you have so many customizable features! I love the ability to add notes to my workouts to help explain things like why I maybe got less reps or changed weights from previous weeks
