The absolute worse! *2023-01-06, version 3.8* This company is absolutely disappointing! The number of issues that come up on a daily basis using the APP and portal is just shocking especially with how much it costs! I am so disappointed to say the least because the idea is so brilliant but the actual use of the system is literally the worst! You complain about one thing today and something else comes up tomorrow. Staff are unable to input their availability for the next 2 weeks or so. The developer should create or add this option to the app rather than the current live calendar which doesn't help. The calendar feature should be added to make it more flexible for staff to input their availability (example) January - December rather than the current Sunday - Saturday.
