This is a work of love, lived experience and a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best for ADHD. I’ve learned so much about ADHD, ADHD medication reminders (what hasn’t worked before), and metabolism from this oh so simple to use app that was thoughtfully researched and made. 

Add a little zest to that neurospicy!
