Would like to book a class. However the option to register / login doesn’t offer a change in password. Can anyone help?

Cant register as it requires an extension number for my emergency contact but they do not work for local council hence no extension no and won’t accept the mobile and just keeps requesting missing information. Called the centre to be informed bookings are completed thro the app!! Vicious circle!!

The app is very user-unfriendly. Despite being logged into my membership account, each time I want to book an activity, I have to enter my membership number, my name three different times, my telephone number twice and my email address three different times. It is an overly complicated process for something that should be extremely easy.

Impossible to find what you’re looking for and even more impossible to book what you want if you do actually find what you’re looking for. Nightmare.

Website and app are terrible, such chaos when trying to book into a class. C’mon guys really, multi million pound superb centre coupled with a website and app that is shockingly bad!! Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Like it says in the title - I’ve booked using the app and the class doesn’t show on my list. 
Waitlist - you don’t know if you’re on waitlist or not. All classes seem to be instantly booked. 
Poor user experience and the staff are not surprised by the poor performance of the app itself. I use apps for just about everything and I have given up on this one either booking with LC staff or using my PC.
Up your game improve your app or withdraw it.

Cumbersome and not easy to use at all, easier to just ring the centre.

You will spend more time booking your session using this app than you will doing your chosen activity.
