Frustrated. ### 4/5 — Pratique, attention aux détails *2026-07-19* J’utilise le service depuis peu. Assez facile pour trouver une location avec la cartographie qui aide bien à la logistique pour récupérer ou rendre la voiture. Comme sur tous les sites de location, la notation est subjective, exemple j’ai rendu une voiture avec un peu plus de carburant, que l’on m’a remboursé, donc déduit du montant de la location pour le propriétaire qui ne m’a mis plus qu’une note de 4 étoiles alors que la voiture est dans un parfait état comme je l’ai prise. Autre attention particulière, les photos, n’hésitez pas à en faire plus que proposé : exemple pour l’intérieur, une photo del’avant, une photo del’arrière. On m’a retenu 10 € pour saleté légère avec la photo de poussière et miettes dans le soufflet de frein à main. Jamais je n’aurais pensé faire une photo de cet endroit pour justifier d’une saleté tout à fait relative. À l’avenir, je ferai des photos beaucoup plus détaillée de l’intérieur, y compris les défauts extérieurs pour être couvert sur tous les détails. J’ai fais le plein sur le dernier véhicule loué (94€) pour 40l en diesel sur un utilitaire (utilisé à moitié du plein d’origine). La jauge ne montait pas et quand je leur ai indiqué ils ne m’ont plus recontacté et facturé +de 80€ supplémentaires pour le plein. J’ai le reçu du pompiste mais ça ne suffit pas. Dernière fois que j’utiliserai Getaround. Au final j’en ai eu pour 320€ pour 2j. Entre les pleins et la location ça fait cher pour 300km utilisés. We showed up 45 minutes early for our rental and had to wait because you can’t be early. Nothing we could do and nothing the owner could do. Pesima atencion mediante una averia, imposible contactarlos. El dueño del auto se enojo conmigo - a pesar de que las averias son algo que le pasa a cualquiera, y yo seguí sus indicaciones paso a paso en tiempo real - y inventó mentiras en su review. El servicio al cliente de getaround es una mierda y te dan muy poco tiempo para dejar reseña (al dueño le dan mucho mas) Aparte de ese dinero, me cobraron €113 no se por que, y €17 mas porque el carburante no estaba completo. Alguien me explica como completo el carburante si el taller esta a cargo de asistencia a carretera y yo estiy en OTRO CONTINENTE??? No apto para no-idiotas. Me siguen cobrando cosas sin sentido, ni siquiera tengo puesta mi tarjeta y me aplican cargos igual con los datos de una transaccion anterior… no me dan desglose de gastos del taller y en vez de cambiar un neumatico pinchado CAMBIARON DOS. ME VIERON CARA DE SANTA CLAUS PARECE QUE VOY REPARTIENDO NEUMATICOS DE REGALO….. Ni siquiera contemplan que no fue un descuido mio, sino que una averia por muy mal estado de la carretera, por lo cual no deberian cobrarme. Si hubiese evitado el bache me hubiera chocado contra el auto que venia en direccion contraria a 40km por hora o mas. Son un chiste, la aplicacion muy pedorra, y el servicio al cliente anda muy mal, con verificaciones chotas de IA, y hablar con servicio al cliente es como hablar con una pared. PATETICOS. Un dossier ne devrait jamais rester bloqué aussi longtemps. Le service client est poli, mais totalement incapable de résoudre le problème. I set my location to Norway, but the app automatically overrode my settings during download and locked my referral credits to USD. Now they are completely useless for my booking. Support acknowledged this is a system flaw but refused to fix it, and then completely ghosted me right as my payment deadline approached. Après avoir testé ce qui se fait ailleurs, c'est clairement la meilleure plateforme selon moi. Le service client est au top, réactif et à l'écoute. Côté assurance, tout est parfait : malgré quelques petits incidents/accidents causés par des locataires, la prise en charge a toujours été super fluide. Il y a juste deux axes d'amélioration qui rendraient l'expérience irréprochable : 1. L'intégration via l'API Tesla : cela permettrait de remonter automatiquement le kilométrage, le niveau de batterie, mais aussi et surtout de facturer automatiquement les recharges sur les Superchargeurs Tesla directement au locataire à la fin du trajet.  2. Proposer la possibilité de gérer la remise des clés à distance sans le boîtier Getaround Connect : en permettant par exemple au propriétaire de déverrouiller et gérer l'accès à distance directement depuis son application constructeur (comme cela se fait chez la concurrence avec l'application Tesla ou autre ), ou encore en proposant une option via boîte à clés sécurisée (type boîtier à code Airbnb) . It was very comfortable and perfect for long-distance trips. Alakbar was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. They worked with me to reach an outcome that left me satisfied despite what had been a very disappointing experience. Because of the way they handled the situation, I would happily use Getaround again and recommend them to others.
