You can do so with the help of GetBusyBee... We have developed an application for exactly this situation. 
Simply select the interval, type and delivery style of the notification  and watch as you receive notifications & emails with messages from your friends and co-workers. All of them trying to get in touch with you and wanting you to be a part of their work and life.

I have been looking for an app that sends notifications to my phone since I’m a quiet person and I don’t talk a lot to people but I really love this app if it could have the Text tone note like the iPhone message and the Snapchat Notification that would make my day thank you 😌
