I signed a contract with them to haul a load from Pennsylvania to New York. After their dispatcher misheard the price, they assigned me the load at a rate $200 lower than agreed; I told them I wouldn't do the job for that amount. They sent me the recordings—where the correct price was clearly audible—yet they still refused to pay it. I do not recommend working with them—ever.

Hello, I’ve already reached out to your HR (to pass this issue to the developers) and to the dispatchers, and now I’m contacting you here. The “Will be available” function does not work on iPhone — it’s impossible to set this status. Please fix this problem once and for all.
