I also sent a $4500 transaction and the fees were outrageous ! A $500 transaction fee. Not to mention the three dwys it took for a rep to call me back . The transaction was pending for days . I had a buddy send me $20 to my GetCoins portfolio  and after trying to send they rejection . Reinstalled the e app and the funds magically disappeared. Instill had no one call me back about his issue as well . This company should be sued !

Somehow MY wallet disappeared- there must have been some developer refresh or App refresh that wiped my wallet and now I can’t get my money out of the app. I’ve sent text messages and emails to no avail. The encrypted password has been changed/locked. 

This is not a trustworthy bitcoin app.  Do not use! 

This is ridiculous!

i got a 2500 worth of btc and yet nothing was credited to my wallet, i have called, sent emails to your support team countless times please i need my money too much to loose please im a single mom

I called, texted, emailed to support more than several since the day before and I still haven’t hear from them.  I’m still waiting for bitcoins to arrive in my wallet

I recently purchased bitcoin 720 Aquahart Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. I did not receive anything in my bitcoin account I waited whole day, I called and email more twenty times. No customer representative to pick my call, no one to reply my email for over 24hrs. This is very terrible and annoying.

Got bitcoin and receipt.  transaction Id is not even in the blockchain no record of bit transfer at all !! Fairly upset

It’s a convenient and easy way to find Bitcoin ATMs in my area. I like that it’s a non hosted wallet so I have full control over my own money without having to trust anyone else
