Я обнаружил многочисленные регулярные списания денежных средств с моей банковской карты в пользу Getcontact в размере 149 рублей каждое.

Я не намерен продолжать использование платной подписки Getcontact.

Настоящим отказываюсь от дальнейшего оказания платных услуг Getcontact, отменяю подписку и прямо запрещаю использование ранее предоставленных реквизитов моей банковской карты для любых последующих периодических платежей.

Требую незамедлительно прекратить автоматическое продление подписки и любые последующие списания денежных средств.

Обращаю внимание, что с 01.03.2026 пунктом 4.2 статьи 16.1 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей» установлен запрет на использование исполнителем ранее предоставленных платёжных реквизитов для периодических платежей после получения отказа потребителя от их использования.

Кроме того, возможность фактического прекращения подписки через приложение и веб-интерфейс для меня оказалась недоступна.

Прошу провести проверку всех списаний по моему аккаунту, предоставить сведения о дате и способе подключения платной подписки, её тарифе, периодичности платежей и основании каждого произведённого списания.

Также требую вернуть денежные средства по списаниям, произведённым за периоды, в отношении которых отсутствовало надлежащее основание для взимания платы либо услуга фактически не предоставлялась.

Прошу предоставить письменный ответ и расчёт произведённых списаний.

В случае продолжения списаний после получения настоящего отказа либо необоснованного отказа в возврате денежных средств оставляю за собой право обратиться в Роспотребнадзор и суд за защитой прав потребителя.
