You pay for the form, fill in your personal information, send and pay the violation, and nothing happens. After all this, you get a verdict that you are guilty, a violation is registered in your name, and you get a bad reputation!! And a bad record !!!!! ### 1/5 — App didn’t work *2018-12-20* Paid the stupid $150 and the lady on the phone convinced me they’d beat my 50 in 25 mph zone speeding violation. They didn’t beat it and I don’t get a refund . Your better off going to court and hoping the cop doesn’t show up. Got my notice in the mail saying I was guilty not worth the $150 you have a wayyyy better chance just going to court. The least a judge will do is lower your fine amount ### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work *2018-05-17* I submitted my ticket inside the app with some explanations about why I violated traffic rules. I was hoped this app could give me a really great written defense document but in fact this app just copied my explanations and add few lines of sentences into the document. ### 1/5 — Don't Waste Your Money *2016-08-21* Crappy customer service They make it sound legit, but don't be fooled You can do it all for FREE on your own Waste of money and time ### 1/5 — doesn't work. *2015-11-24* save your money. my case was pretty easy (I was accused of running a stop sign and the officer told me "I thought I saw your brake lights but I'm not entirely sure you stopped") at no point do they ask you for a description of what happened. you just click through a series of questions and submit photos of the ticket and your license. this costs $99. if i ever suffer the misfortune of another ticket, I'll save my extra money and contest it in person. such a disappointing experience. ### 1/5 — Sorry it didn't work *2015-11-01* For me this app didn't work. The officer 100% lied about the speed I was doing and I figured it was a slam dunk case (I know everyone says this but I had witnesses who were passengers that were very aware of my speed). Got a ticket for 15mph faster than I was going. The app itself was relatively easy to use if you follow their instructions but to no avail. Still ended up with a $417 ticket. They don't claim 100% success but I can't imagine a scenario that would be easier to challenge (don't need to go into great detail but it should have been as easy as it gets). Anyway that's my experience. ### 2/5 — App software issues *2016-11-01* Looks like a well built app but I couldn't even get past the entry screen for entering court and due date info. I entered all the fields and when I click NEXT it says "all fields are mandatory" as if I didn't enter info. Also I wouldn't have reported this in a bad review if your APP SUPPORT link sent me to a form to write you a message. Instead it goes to your homepage where I have to wade through 15 screens to figure out how to message you. ### 4/5 — Dimissed *2015-06-07* Never got a ticket yet, but if I do I got this app to prepare myself for it!
