I bought the getfit 2.0 watch because it was 1/4 the price of a Fitbit and I thought it did all the same features but boy was I wrong, this watch and app are both terrible and 90% of the stuff on the watch is not even functional, not worth it do t waste your money or time.

Pros, sleep and steps seem to work fine. Calling and alarm notification work.

Cons, heart rate doesn’t work, no messaging notification. Camera thing is useless.

I thought it was disturbing to put my birthday and other personal information in to this completely stranger like app. I also thought I could be way better. My app is ver glitchy and I have to reset my watch and iPad all the time and it is driving me nuts. How do you change to sleep mode. The instructions are very blah. They were not useful at all; not one bit. Only three alarms, none of which can be P.M. (which is an option). The temperature can only be Celsius (I do not under stand). Over all my rating is a 1. :(

I got this watch from my flatmate and there are many things you can change to make a better user experience. First, the confirm button in device settings is hard to see, it should be at the bottom of the content to get user’s notice. The orange color is used in the design to present energy but it is too dark, it should be more bright. The background is in low resolution which annoys users when they use the app.

I connected my watch to the app, I bought this for tracking sleep to see how I get on through the night, disappointingly I can not seen to track my sleep after wearing the watch all night the data has no uploaded to the app, so for the rating can change if I understand how to work sleep mode as everything else is good

This app feels like if was put together over the weekend by some guy as a proof of concept. The gui is inconsistent. First you have to put in information such as gender, weight, and height. But don't make any mistakes because you cannot go back. The only way to go back is to choose the app and start from the beginning (you can edit this info once you've done the initial setup, thankfully). To begin, I had to choose British measurements because I don't know my info using metric. That's fine but then you have to select your height as feet and factions of feet. So for example 5'10" is really 5.83. Then the toggles look like they were copied from somewhere else. Some you have to click on to go to a separate page to toggle and add additional information while others you can toggle from main page. Some toggles i can figure out what they do while others I'm not quite sure.

Have been using for almost a year, but can’t view different days on the main page. Any time I try the app closes. I haven’t had any updates to the app. Would like to use the main page as it breaks down the activity better than the details page.
This week the week details has disappeared and the only way to view the history is in the monthly view. Useless app and no other app works with my device.

I use this app with a cheap sports watch from Wish. This app does not record my sleep patterns and does not sync with the health app in my iPhone. I have a DayDay band (also from wish) that works much better. I like this watch because of the style, but will use my DayDay due to the lack of syncing by this GetFit2.0 band.
