Don't waist your time! *2023-03-04, version 3.1.7* It works fine on the desktop, but using the same credentials on iPhone it shows that I have a 24 month subscription, but doesn't show an end date. It also doesn't connect to any servers. This is a rip off. I now understand why the app is rated 2 stars. ### 1/5 — App wil not even Launch *2023-03-03* Just downloaded the App. It will not even open. I would give a zero star if it allowed. ### 2/5 — two really annoying bugs! *2023-02-22* two really annoying bugs, please fix! 1. Need to frequently log out and log back in to get the Connection. If I don't do so, the account info tab easily get problematic and fail to connect. 2. The most annoying one. After running this app, when using gesture to expose the desktop, all the desktop icons are unable to click. Seems this app left a transparent window that always took a place of the desktop and causes bug. I almost blame Apple for this bug, shock to find that Getflix app is actually the source of problem. ### 1/5 — Subscription doesn’t work *2023-02-09, version 3.1.7* I have used Getflix via the website heaps and it works well. I have also previously had a subscription via the website, which was equally as simple. When I noticed that the app had a Lifetime subscription (not available on the website) option for $320 (AUD), I purchased it. I then checked the website and found that the subscription did not show up. After contacting support, they were unable to find or apply the payment and suggested that I get a refund from Apple. I did and tried again with the same result. The app also does not sign into a pre-existing account properly. If you plan to subscribe to Getflix, use the website and don’t bother even downloading the app, because account and subscription functionality is BROKEN! ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2023-01-18* The app & service used to work flawlessely, but I cannot connect to the servers (Mumbai & Bangalore) anymore since last 2 weeks. There are some days when it works fine and other days it just keeps trying to connect but never does. It doesn’t matter if I try every server. This system is incredibly unreliable. ### 1/5 — Buggy and impossible to adjust or close *2025-08-23, version 3.1.9* On Mac OS Monterray, upon opening the app it appears in the top status bar and you can select a location. After that, it disappears and there seeem to be no way to get the config window back. Customer/app support is non-exsistent. My IP address was confirmed and my DNS portals were setup correctly but the app still wouldn't connect. Customer support has still not gotten back to me over a full week later. Previously, I used to install Tunnelblick and manually configure it. Maintaining the list of VPN Servers and manually configuring was always tedious. But with this app, it's as easy as search the country of choice and connect. Done! I have used it for typical internet browsing and the performance is good.
