Their customer service is the worst and unless the can give you a scripted answer they won't even talk to you. When it does work you need to keep going back to the app to update your ip, even when you are already watching something. Sticking with my VPN which only costs a fraction more and allows me to appear as if I am in a different region at the press of a button without tracking my activities. Need to keep quitting the app and going back in to press update. Pixelated, reconnects multiple times while watching one episode, pauses and i eventually get error messages which send me back to the main page of Netflix. Finally switched to Nords DNS and it’s Crystal clear, the sound is clearer and louder too. Did not reconnect or have any issue pop up even once.
