Tried to add a rebate and got locked out of my own account, and apparently customer service can only help with this by telling you to wait until it unlocks on its own. Absolutely abysmal.

I signed up for direct pay and followed all the steps to connect my account. On the final step, it told me to close the app and reopen it. Now my account is set up with a pin and it is not connected to my bank account. Since my email already has a pin, I also can’t go through the steps again to connect my account since it said that email was already in use. It’s a vicious circle of disfunction.
