Looking forward to hearing from you soon! ### 1/5 — Please refund and I’ll update my review *2021-09-30, version 1.0.32* So I downloaded the app and decided to cancel that same day (3 days free trial before charging you) I went to cancel in my suscriptions and it wasn’t showing there. I check in my App Store suscriptions and it wasn’t there either so I proceed to delete it. Today I got charged…. Just emailed customer support and I expect they get back to me…. Update. I wish I could give a lower review than 1 star…. I was never able to access the plan I paid for, customer service “tried” to help me but it was useless… I was never able to access my plan. Finally when requesting a refund I was told I had to pruebe I used the app at least during 7 days, maybe I would give it a try if only I was able to access “my account” but certainly I am not paying a new plan only to try it out. Short long story: I won’t get a refund, neither access to the plan I paid for. Waste of time and money. Scam to say the least. *2021-09-06, version 1.0.31* They claim $40 gets you lifetime access to the app - what’s not obvious is every article within the app is then available for further purchase. What you get is a rather skinny “journal” with a timer that you record “habits” into. Waste of money! And customer support is disappointing to say the least. I can mark off when I do a challenge but not when I complete a daily habit. Customer service sucks *2022-03-16, version 1.0.36* Do not sign up! This app continues to take payments after I’ve sent a multitude of emails to their support team cancel. I check out a free trial and began getting over charged for an app I did not want. The instructions to remove do take you to a proper link to unsubscribe! Hack. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP *2022-01-15, version 1.0.35* This is such a scam. I tried the app, it didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they want me to jump through hoops to get my money back. It isn’t transferable across devices and they are so dishonest. We just give you an advice: Do not buy any of this developer’s apps. ### 1/5 — Taking money out of my account after paying for a year subscription... *2021-11-17, version 1.0.35* Paid for a yearly subscription (discounted apparently) and have still been charged weekly...!? I have sent an email and am waiting for a response. Please resolve this. Update - after seeing a response to my initial review (months later) I reached out to the email they suggested only to be told that I may have accidentally selected the weekly subscription and that there is no way for them to verify that. The first payment that came out of my account was for $31.63 for what was supposed to be a discounted YEARLY subscription. I was then charged $11.85 weekly until Jan 20th (only noticed when logging in to pay bills). A total of $79.03 has been paid to this company for a subscription I didn’t even receive and instead of correcting it they will blame you for not catching it. So beware before you set this app to any subscription payments in your account. Also, Apple wont do anything about it as it is more than 60 days past the last payment date. I would give this app negative stars if it were possible. ### 1/5 — You owe me $127, 84 *2021-11-10, version 1.0.35* I got a trial period of this app. The next day I got an injury and you know simply forgot about the app, I even deleted it. But you withdrew me $31.96. I stopped it with help of my bank and texted to your support team, and nothing. I didn’t see any options to cancel the subscription in my Apple ID, and I don’t now. You found another way to take my money, even though I canceled it with my bank and I received NO NOTIFICATION about that. How do you do that? I eve didn’t know you were stealing my money all those months. I want my money back. I never used your. This is not fare to take them. ### 1/5 — Abzocke. *2021-10-31* Ich hab mir die App runter geladen und musste um den Account zu aktivieren 0,01 € überweisen was ja auch nicht schlimm ist. Mir wurden nun aber zum zweiten Mal in einem Monat fast 30€ abgebucht obwohl der Account noch nicht mal komplett angemeldet wurde. Reinste abzocke! WORST APP! There’s barely anything worth 30$ on here and the ads are so false from what it is! I WANT A REFUND! EDIT TO ADD: I was told I could get a refund. When I contacted them they told me that my Apple ID email was unable to be found. I sent receipt showing that I paid for it and it even had the order ID and everything. These people are running me in circles trying everything possible not to give me a refund. This is ridiculous. Update: after two weeks they continue to ask me if I want a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
