## What is GetHome.NG?

GetHome.NG — Property management for Nigeria, in your pocket

GetHome.NG helps property owners, agents, and members manage rentals, listings, and payments from one secure mobile app. Whether you own buildings in Lagos, manage assignments as an agent, or browse homes as a member, GetHome.NG keeps your property work organised and connected to the same platform you use on the web.

Built for how Nigeria rents

Rent collection, lease tracking, and agent coordination are still too often handled over WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and scattered bank alerts. GetHome.NG brings those workflows into one place — with role-based dashboards, verified Paystack checkout, and account tools designed for real property operations in Nigeria.

For property owners
• Create and manage property listings
• View and manage leases
• Collect rent with in-app Paystack checkout
• Review transactions and payment history
• Request withdrawals
• Invite and manage agents on your properties
• Track assignments and invitations

For agents
• See assignments and incoming invitations
• Accept agent invitations via secure links
• Complete onboarding from your phone
• Manage withdrawals where applicable
• Work with owners on assigned properties

For members
• Browse available properties
• Save favourites for later
• View property details
• Manage profile and account settings

Pay rent securely, in the app
Tenants can pay rent through secure Paystack checkout without leaving GetHome.NG. Payment links open directly in the app, with clear success and failure states after verification. Owners benefit from a smoother collection flow; tenants get a straightforward way to complete payment on mobile.

One account, the right home for your role
After sign-in, GetHome.NG routes you to the experience that matches your role — Owner, Agent, or Member — so you land on the tools you need. Returning users go straight to their dashboard without unnecessary steps.

Account, security, and trust
• Sign in, sign up, and password recovery in one auth flow
• Password reset via secure links
• Security settings including password change
• Multi-factor authentication options (including SMS where enabled)
• Profile photo, address, and bank details
• Ratings and account settings

Deep links that keep work moving
Open rent payment links, agent invitations, and onboarding flows directly from SMS, email, or the web. GetHome.NG supports app links so shared URLs land on the right screen.

Push notifications
Stay informed about important activity when push notifications are enabled on your device.
