How it works
Write what's on your mind. Gethsemane's AI reads the mood and meaning behind your words, then delivers a relevant Bible verse with a personalized explanation of how it applies to your life. You'll also receive a tailored prayer, song and reading recommendations, and automatic mood tags; all generated from your entry.

Your data stays yours
Journal entries are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database (AES-256). Your words are never stored on our servers. Optional biometric lock (Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN) adds another layer of protection.

Bible verse & prayers are now fetched in different requests: first the verse and after that the prayer & how it applies to you. This is to improve UX by perceived performance so that users don't need to wait too long before getting something appear on the screen.
