It does not work now. When I open it I get nothing more than a white screen. And for some reason a non-working app is on the App Store. It is a waste, do not use your storage on it. ### 1/5 — White screen of nothing *2024-12-21, version 6.0.1* The only thing that shows up when launching the application is a white screen. I usually use to find better phone numbers but today I want to have it skip hold for me. It worked the first time but I was so wrapped up in listening to The Bugle that I missed hearing I’d reached someone. I tried to try again but it's emailing verification codes I never see and texting codes that don't work. I hate to be failed by something that should work. At least the option to have customer service call back is more common than it used to be but hold music is still pretty awful. ┳┳┳ ┻┻┻ ╦╦╦ ╩╩╩ ┳┳┳ ┻┻┻ ╦╦╦ ╩╩╩ Ok, I've used it twice but the best part? No hold music! Hallelujah! I downloaded & it's as good as the site. ### 5/5 — Unbelievable App! *2011-09-01, version 2.0* I stumbled on this app today somehow and it sounded great, plus it was free. Later today I needed to contact Experian, the credit bureau, to send a document. Going to their website I found no address and calling the number an automated recording informed me I could not talk with an agent without first downloading a credit report. I don't know how Experian is legally able to do this but that's another subject. I looked up the number in Get Human, called it, and a woman answered directly on the second ring! She gave me the information I needed and I was done in 15 seconds. This app saved me an immense amount of time and frustration and what I thought would be impossible with a company like Experian was the easiest business call I've made in years! You guys are geniuses and I want to thank you for sharing this information with the rest of the world.
