App is trash. Not allowed to transfer tickets until the week before the show. Support takes more than 48 hours to respond to simple questions. Would rather get price gouged by StubHub than use this

Created 2 separate accounts for my phone number and email and won’t let me sync them to one account. Overall finicky. Not as good as dice and shotgun among others.

There is a video that auto plays at the start when you open the app, having to load the video and delaying the ability to get to your tickets.

It is slow, hard to navigate, difficul to search for events. I wound recommend promoters to use any other app than this one as the UI has made me skip buying tickets.

It stops audio when opening! Trying to listen to a band or DJ while getting tickets, no you get cold hard silence to wallow in as you make your financial decision.

App won’t let me login and see my tix for an upcoming show. App is buggy. I have receipts for my tix but no record in this app. This is nothing like DICE

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I’ve tried to use the site or app there’s some sort of issue. Tickets that don’t get sent to me, I get kicked out and return to higher ticket prices, codes that aren’t valid, a support staff that doesn’t answer. Genuinely shocked that companies make the choice to use this garbage app.

Lost $300 because of a failed ticket transfer and apparent app bug. Would try to purchase on StubHub or another method if possible. Highly do not recommend using this app

My ticket transfer for a ticket I paid for in full was revoked for no reason at all. All processes were followed, my friend made an account and everything. Ticket became invalidated and we were unable to attend the event. Ended up waiting over 3 hours trying to get in (no pun intended). Customer support was incredibly short and unhelpful. Gave us very generic reasons that didn’t event apply to our scenario, and clearly was unwilling to look into this issue or explore it. Big dead end with support, no support at all. Terrible practices by this company.

I never take the time to review apps, but this is different. I can’t believe how they got the rights to such big events with this trashy app. Not even mentioning the servers when you’re in line for tickets that act up. Avoid if you can

I sold and transferred a ticket to someone who then reported the ticket as invalid. Ended up being charged despite GetIn being the issue. Custom support unhelpful and takes 5 days to respond

I asked to get return my ticket and ticket was deleted at Apple wallet, but no one text me message with approved. 
And right now, I don’t have idea. My ticket returned or not.
On my bank account I didn’t see return transaction.
I send two messages and no one answers.
