Do not use at all costs. App won’t open and can’t access ticket any other way.

Does the trick let you buy the tickets and give you QR codes however customer service and site not the best. 
When I talk to customer service and try to upload photo. The app collapse.

Never opens only crashes. I just bought tickets 2 weeks out through the venue website. 

I have to get the ticket QR code through this app. 

Can you click on the link in the email and the app tries to open but crashes immediately.
I’m hopeful in the next two weeks they fix this. 

The venue has a couple thousand people coming in this app doesn’t work.
