It won’t load anything. I had a panic that I forgot to buy tickets for an upcoming event but I was able to find my tickets by logging in online. ### 1/5 — Trash app seems to be a scam *2025-12-11, version 1.3.22* I have not been able to view my account for months now. The display is all wonky and you can’t click anything. It’s also the only way to view your ticket. Even if you log in on desktop, you can only pull up your ticket via the mobile app. Just bad design. My husband and I have a show to attend to in less than 3 weeks with our tickets stored on this app. It doesn’t show a single thing. I am worried this app won’t be fixed by its creators, and leading us to not have access to our tickets. As a user who did not choose this app to use, but more so forced for the ability to purchase tickets, I am gutted this has been the most difficult app experience yet. Why isn’t this as simple as any other? When you get to the event the tickets don't scan. When you contact the customer service they have no idea what's flying all they keep repeating is please contact the organizer and when you do obviously no one answers because it's a scam. So you tell customer service and they are absolutely no help at all they do nothing to resolve the issue.
