I love this app! The customer service is great and patient with all my questions. I want to give a shout out to all the employees and the consideration with packing all the prizes! 

The interface is great and it is easy to see when you can get an assist instead of guessing! 

Some improvement requests: -they get some of the new stuff but, would love to get the same access as other apps when it comes to new prizes
-they don’t currently allow United States phone number registrations. Would appreciate being able to register
- the play tickets could be available for more of the figure prizes.

前に誰にも並んでなくて、スタートボタン押して、ボタンは押した後の状態になったのに、いくら待っても開始画面に切り替わらず、ポイントも減らず、遊べなくて困って運営に問い合わせたら、「GetLive運営事務局でございます。
お問合せの件につきまして、
只今、ご対応いたしました。
ご確認の程、よろしくお願いいたします。」ってそれだけ。謝罪の言葉１つも無くてこんな会社があるなんてびっくりした。

あまり見ない設定の台ばかりで飽きず楽しめるのが良かった。他のクレーンゲームアプリと比べてもアームのパワーがかなり強くクレーンゲーム初心者にもおすすめ。

そもそも景品がゴミしかない。最新のフィギュアは無いし、ほぼたこ焼きになってやる気すら起こらない。送料もかかるようになったうえに意味のわからない送料システム。2000円かかって取ったとしても送料1000円かかかるなら、フリマサイトで買う方が断然安い。カメラ不具合多いしラグも多いボタン押して勝手にアームが動くので狙った位置に落とせない事多々ある。他クレーンゲーム色々やっているが、ピカイチで反応悪いし取れない。後スタッフ呼んでもなかなか来ないのでタイムが切れる。課金したポイントを不具合等で返却してもらっても7日くらいでポイントが無くなったりする。
