The staff is very cooperative, friendly and follow all the protocols. Highly recommended 👍🏻 I had a wonderful experience with the beautician Ms Indira from GetLook who came to my home for waxing and a manicure-pedicure. She demonstrated exceptional care, precision, and perfection in her work. I am completely satisfied with the services provided and felt pampered throughout the entire process. During hectic weekdays, at home salon services are boon and that too in city like Jodhpur. The professionals are really good at their job. Got a facial recently and really had a great experience. Loved the massage. The service which was provided to me today by Meena was just amazing. She is indeed a professional beautician and i am highly satisfied with the results on my skin. Having sensitive skin with bangalore water condition, i have always been wary of salon treatments, however, my skin feels so good after a very long time. And it’s all because of the service provided by Getlooks. I am finding this hard to believe that previous reviews contains only dissatisfaction. Getlooks is much much much better than urban company. Truly! I’ve been calling professionals from urban clap from the past 9 months, but they were not all this much thorough and they only cared about their timeline and always in a hurry. One day i was looking for services at home and found getlooks, i took my chance with them. And i never regretted it. In the past 6 months, this was my 3rd booking. All their beauticians are professional and i can vouch for their service quality and hygiene maintained by them. The other home salon apps don’t work except big cities. But to my surprise get look worked in smaller cities of Rajasthan too and their beauticians are also well trained as well as pleasant. As a mom, my kids and dogs are usually around me and the beauticians were always very kind to them. So far I have taken their service 2-3 times and it has been impeccable with each beautician. Following my booking on the app a customer service attendant reached out to me via whatsapp for a confirmation where i asked for a specific time within the slot and my booking was confirmed. The technician allotted arrived at my house at the time confirmed. She was very polite and gentle. Nusrat did a fabulous job with the waxing services. She cleaned up after the service the products provided were of good quality. ### 5/5 — good service *2024-03-14* was really happy with Getlook service as it's a class apart from other services, I have used at home before. I prefer at home service as I would like to spend my day off leisurely at home and not in the traffic. Getlook assures this as they are on time and services provided were by par the best l've used so far. I can even say better than salon service. The products were great and hygiene was maintained. the professional assigned to me was very polite, professional and excellent in her work. She did not rush nor did she waste time. It was just perfect. Thanks guys. Would like to book your services soon. Ps- please do provide a stool/portable chair for the professionals to work as their work is tedious and many households do not have that. Best and Budget ### 1/5 — Terrible experience *2024-01-27* Absolutely atrocious service! I had the worst experience with Get Look, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter. I booked a beauty service, and from the very beginning, it was a nightmare. The beautician didn't show up, and when I tried reaching out to customer support, it was like talking to a brick wall. Responses were delayed, and the incompetence was staggering. After an hour of waiting, they had the audacity to inform me that the service was delayed by 3 hours, only to later call and say the beautician couldn't come at all. They promised to reschedule for the next day, but after numerous attempts to cancel, it's been more than 15 days, and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer support is a joke. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored or delayed on WhatsApp. It's as if they take pride in their utter lack of professionalism. Today, they sent me a screenshot of a refund attempt with an error message "Invalid amount," blaming it on a technical issue. How convenient! Despite my repeated requests to involve their tech team, they seem more interested in playing a game of passing the buck. They assured me of a refund through GPay tomorrow, the same promise they made yesterday and failed to fulfill. Now, they're silent again. Get Look, your service is not just bad; it's abysmal. Your staff is incompetent, your customer support is non-existent, and your promises are empty. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this disgrace of a beauty service. I implore others to think twice before trusting Get Look with their hard-earned money. This has been an absolutely pathetic experience, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Shame on you, Get Look! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Care Service *2026-06-09* I rescheduled service for today and didn’t received confirmation so I only checked with the customer care and asked if it’s confirmed since I had to make my arrangements, They confirmed and even a professional was assigned for 5-5:30 PM slot. When I checked at 4:45 PM, Professional wasn’t on the way so I tried to call her but it was showing error and I couldn’t place the call, I reached out to customer care and they asked for sometime and I waited for 40 min but they didn’t confirm anything so again I only reached out to them for an update, when I messaged them they said professional is having product issues and today won’t be possible. They Kept saying sorry for the inconvenience ma’am I told u as soon as I got update. In reality they wouldn’t’ve responded for another 40 min if I didn’t ask. Not expected from get look. Worst service and now they are offering me facewash worth 399. What a waste!! ### 1/5 — Very Rude unprofessional beautician Divya R - greedy didn’t complete services make up and hairstyle *2026-05-21* Yesterday, I had an appointment for makeup and a basic hairstyle for my baby’s 1st birthday, but the makeup artist, Divya R, completely ruined my day. Initially, I booked the 4–5 PM slot, but the appointment was shifted to 4:30 PM. Even then, she arrived at around 4:50 PM, almost 5 PM. The makeup she did was very poor. I am sharing the pictures of the makeup done by her. She hardly spent 5–10 minutes on the makeup, and her behaviour and attitude were really bad. When I asked about the hairstyle, she responded sarcastically, smiling and saying that I needed to take the ₹5000 package. It clearly felt like she only wanted more money. After the makeup was done, it looked terrible, and I had to wash my face and do my own makeup and hairstyle myself before rushing to my event. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience during their special moments. Lastly, I would like to say that if you truly want to improve your services, you should deduct money from staff members for such poor service and behaviour. I want a full refund because this was completely unacceptable. Both my money and time were wasted, especially when I had to reach my event on time. ### 1/5 — Worst experience of my life *2026-05-19* Worst experience of my life with GetLooks Salon at Home. I booked their service in an emergency after my appointment at another salon got cancelled, and I had a very important occasion just 3 days later. The bleach they used — their own company product, which they claimed was suitable for every skin type — badly burnt my skin and left black patches all over my face. When I contacted customer care expecting support and accountability for the damage caused to my skin, all they kept repeating was that they would refund the ₹250 bleach charge. Imagine damaging someone’s face before an important event and thinking ₹250 is enough compensation. It was extremely frustrating and insensitive. Instead of providing a proper solution, guidance, or taking responsibility, they only cared about the money. They showed zero concern for customer safety or skin health. The staff clearly lacked proper knowledge about skin reactions and aftercare. I would strongly advise people to never get bleach or facials done from them. Your skin is far more valuable than their careless service. Completely unprofessional and pathetic experience. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-04-26* This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. I booked their services not once, but twice—and both times they had the audacity to call and cancel at the last minute, claiming they “can’t provide the service.” Then why on earth are you opening slots and taking bookings in the first place? It’s completely misleading and a total waste of a customer’s time. There’s clearly zero coordination, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers. It feels like they’re just playing around with people’s schedules without any intention of actually delivering. The whole experience was beyond frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. Our money., I took long service 7 services in 3600.. the girl she sent me she’s even don’t know how to do Facial or Rica waxing Beautician Ishika burned my face. I got many cuts in my face and she’s not doing Facial. She is requesting me that please let me go. I am a new girl. I don’t know how to do very blast, ice cream, Facial Beauty service… anju Khaitan is full responsible for this after all this horrible experience. I just call Anju Khaitan. She told me that please give me a sometime and don’t put any mail or review. I will give you extra service next time I also told her, I don’t need any extra service because it’s about my skin, my face. But Anju Khaitan. Request me to don’t put any review or mail, so I agree And and today I call Anju Khaitan and remind her that who I am. I need service again and it is my last try with your Getlook. If this time I don’t have any good service, then I don’t take any service anymore in with Getlook. She’s just told me that we are not working right now, and we are not working even more 15 days, but in Get Look app, Kolkata, there is all booking available that means Miss Anju Khaitan again fooling me if Get Look have this type coworker. How can we take service with Getlook? I also want to report about Anju Khaitan take a strict action because maybe next time some girl got scam like me and again some girl maybe lost her skin. 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Horrible Service support and illiterate tech employees *2026-01-10, version 1.45* Hi if I could a zero I would put a zero here, I had booked multi session Hydra from get look in Pune, and these guys called me and asked me to send what’s app location which I did shared live location , what’s app location (which is a breach of privacy) and they kept saying we can’t find your location. The best thing is I have in the past booked 2 services from Get look and then my location was serviceable. I think they have employed some inexperienced staff / don’t have staff for the locations / don’t understand google maps or what’s app location. The best thing is I didn’t pay in advance so I was saved. Would never recommend anyone to book from here . ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2024-10-03* I have been taking get look services from quite a long time. However this week I booked an appointment for the next day however I didn’t get any stylist allocated for my services neither the customer service numbers are reachable. I have tried to reach them through WhatsApp - they says no beautician allocated as there is none. What the hell is this? I have been waiting and finally I have to cancel and they have wasted my time. Next I have rescheduled but then cancel it again thinking about their pathetic service. Now they are calling me and asking why did I cancel and they are offering complementary services it seems. I feel they are not at all professional. Having a membership with get look is a loss. Hope this message reaches to many. They should know how to treat their customers well. ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service and false advertising!! *2024-06-24, version 1.36* Their Advertisement showed some offers that could applied on the first booking, which was why I signed up for their website and I proceeded to book an appointment but it showed that the coupon was expired and when I contacted the customer care to complain about the same they asked me to install their app as there was a technical “glitch” on their website. So I downloaded the app and the same thing happened and when I called the customer service again, the lady on the other end said very rudely said that nothing could be done about it and told me to just book it or cancel it. And mind you, it was going to be my very first booking. Pathetic customer service. Not recommended at all. False advertising they practice. ### 1/5 — Disappointing and unreliable service *2024-06-03* I recently had an unfortunate experience with GetLook salon that I feel compelled to share. I booked an appointment well in advance, expecting professional and timely service based on their advertising. However, what I received was far from. They cancelled my service at the last moment. This lack of punctuality disrupted schedule for my entire day . As I was going to a big event. I attempted to reach out to their customer service to address these issues, but my complaints were met with indifference and no meaningful resolution was provided. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for GetLook. Overall, my experience with GetLook was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional salon experience. Reading so many similar stories of the delay in appointments followed by lies by customer care and operations folks, I understand the founders/owners are aware of the issue but still don’t have courtesy to write an apology or do something about improving their services. This is the third time that I had faced this issue with getlook. Will not recommend any one to use their services. Even their customer support emails don’t have basic business etiquettes to write an apology when a complaint is made.
