### 2/5 — Now abandoned by developer

I loved this app and used it religiously for all travel for about 8 years. Sadly, it has now been abandoned by the developer, so really annoying bugs like the category titles getting stuck in the middle of the screen got on my nerves enough that I have given up. I have just tried 6 other apps and none do the job for a family quite as well, so it’s disappointing, but I guess I can’t really expect them to keep up maintenance forever.

Great app. Going to Greece for 2 weeks. Really useful and customisable. I really liked the auto generated of things to remember. Easily worth the paltry pittance that they are charging.

This app would make packing easy if it would scroll when I run my finger over it. However it doesn’t. It’s a bug that could be sorted. Good product.....get it working.

I have used this app for several years for different kinds of trips and find it indispensable. 
Once you get the hang of it and adapt it for your language (it doesn't use English English, it uses American English but that's fine once you have changed the meanings once - from pants to trousers for instance - you can use previous lists as a start for future lists) and it saves them all in iCloud so I still have all my lists. Just make sure you don't tick something off before it is definitely in the bag! No socks in Italy last year!
Going to look at the photo app by the same developer.

A good App-a bit slow to sync' compared to other Apple based platforms-but not a show stopper ! It's good to have a dedicated App for travel lists and the ability to sync/e mail plus 'easy to add' photos makes all the difference - well done !

I’ve looked at (and paid $ for) a bunch of these packing apps.  This one is the best one I’ve run across.  Ease of use, sophistication, and beautiful interface.  The problems with most of the others has been bugs and quirkiness.

We’ll see if GetPacked is more robust.  For now, I give it 5 stars.
