Seriously, I’ll switch to any app that has an iPad version instead of a dumb iPhone app that works on the ipad, like PayPal, even. Its app is just the iPhone app that doesn’t turn horizontal for the ipad. Lol who does the majority of their business on an iPhone? I’m thankful that Get Response gets it! And am I paying for it ### 1/5 — GetResponse customer service is atrocious *2020-10-31* They shut my account and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the steps I needed to take to resolve the problem, meanwhile they dawdled around so long my account renewed for another term and they refused a refund. Aweber is more reliable, easier to use, and has far superior customer service. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t let me log in *2025-06-06* I was really excited to try out this app, but I cannot even use it! It had me register by giving me the option of either using my Google email or Microsoft, both didn’t work. I then created an account and when I tried logging in with the email and password I had just created it said it was wrong. I tried resetting the freshly created account in hopes that it was my mistake, but it did nothing. Such a disappointment, didn’t even get a chance to try it out!! ### 1/5 — Be aware of billing unfair practice *2025-02-17* GetResponse has a very unfair billing process. They called non refund policy. If you by mistake put any money such as Facebook advertising with them or renew by accident, they will not refund your money. I call it money grabbers. I invested 100USD in Facebook advertising that never could make it work. Accounts didn’t connect and lot of problem that I decided to quit. I asked for my refund and they NO. Our non refund policy does not allow us to do so, they said. Then they said to go ahead and used as credit for the next renewal forcing me to renew my subscription. When I did the credit never showed and was no way to know if did apply or not. At the end they said that the credit never been apply for I did renew it before they apply the credit even though they told me to go-ahead. Now they want me to renew it again or change my plan so I can use my credit. Should I trust these people? I asked repeatedly my refund but they will not do it. I will mot recommend this company again to no one. ### 1/5 — Great idea but too many bugs *2023-10-13* The idea of a side app is brilliant but the many bugs make it counterproductive. ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-08-11* This app looks good and attractive. But after I started using it, I have gone over slow technical support. Every technical issue I have it takes days to be resolved. Also, my issues are not resolved at the first time. I use to receive a response after days that the problem is resolved and when I check it I discover that the problem is not resolved yet. Also, the app claims that users can configure everything simply. I discovered that there are many settings can only be done by the technical support. Even the chat agents are not able to help. The technical support are not even accessible by any communication mean. This app is the worst ### 1/5 — Set up *2023-07-27, version 5.10.0* I’m losing patience. I’ve been trying to get help with set up and no one seems to listen ### 1/5 — Be Careful 😡🤬 *2022-04-25, version 4.7.20* They keep charging your card even when you ask them to cancel. Why???? ### 1/5 — So disappointed *2021-04-12* I‘m trying since weeks to upgrade my account to add more contacts. And all the time they are telling me that I need to wait for 10 days. Which is already 2 weeks ago. I’m absolutely stuck in the middle of a huge campaign and nobody from the customer service can help me. I can’t recommend it to anyone who is running a business. For me it turned out to be a total disaster. ### 1/5 — Disaster: Most functions in the app don’t work *2021-02-09* Don’t bother. I think this is their forgotten step child. STAY AWAY!!!!! ### 1/5 — App is Non-functional *2020-12-03, version 4.7.15* The app no longer sends emails on ipad or iphone with ios14. I've typed up emails several times in the past week, only to go to send it and see "OOPS! Cannot send" over and over. Whether I schedule it or hit "send now" it will not send it. When I try the website, I cannot type anything in the new drag and drop editor. You can choose html or a template but cannot type anything in even a blank template. And nothing will drag or drop either. This is on iphone and ipad both on the website. So much for Getresponse. I used to love it but now I signed up for A-weber.
