I used it for almost 2 years, and reached out to them twice. They come up with different reasons and annexures in the policy document to reject your claim. The customer service is pathetic and they never respond on time. Once it took almost 3-4 months to respond to my claim and there was no way you can reach them on phone. Need to update or more likely now cancel policy if can’t even open it for my policy/account. However, the moment I actually needed their support, I realized how terrible their service is. It’s impossible to get in touch with their support team—emails go unanswered, inquiries are blatantly ignored, and there’s been absolutely no progress on my case. They make it incredibly frustrating to resolve any issues, leaving me feeling abandoned when I needed them the most. If you’re considering using GetSafe, don’t waste your time or money. ### 1/5 — App not opening *2024-11-05* Every time I click on the icon it goes to open but straight back to icon Downloaded the new update but still the same app will not open!!! Click the icon app goes to open, but never does! I need to renew my policy but can’t open the app! I just read another review that an the app developers response was urban jungle are taking over, but I haven’t been told how to get in touch with them! No app! No phone number!! No address!!! Let’s hope the don’t try taking any money out of my bank!! Thanks for the reason behind the app not working. May I suggest the app is updated to reflect the change, and not to just crash. A simple “holding” or “redirection” would have been all that’s required. When it’s time to sell insurance they are good and fast later in support are the worst. Never go with them. Man kommt direkt zum Chat und kann nur darüber mit wenigen Icons auf die anderen Angebote. Es wirkt leer und uninteressant und ich habe das Gefühl als würde mir jetzt viel mehr in der App fehlen. Vorher war es viel ersichtlicher, wo man zum Chat kommt, wo welche Angebote stehen und (persönliche) Informationen einsehen kann. Ein ständiger Wechsel der App Oberfläche verwirrt den Kunden und ist nicht immer vorteilhaft. Im Chatfeld der Schadensmeldung verschwand mein Sende Button, je mehr Text ich eingegeben habe. Die Enter Taste sollte als Umbruch definiert werden und nicht als „abschicken“, zumal man im Chatbot Informationen nicht nachträglich ändern kann. Mit den Versicherungsdienstleistungen bin ich bisher zufrieden. ### 1/5 — Souscription impossible *2024-02-28, version 10.8.0* Je ne comprend pas, je viens de m’inscrire, mais impossible de souscrire. When entering a phone number from overseas (I tried multiple ones), it will not let you continue, and therefore you cannot access your account at all, since they don’t provide a website access. All countries are eligible to be selected for phone numbers, but my foreign numbers don’t work Dumbest mistake ever! Who is your product owner and tester? But the chap I spoke to yesterday was empathetic to my illness and was very helpful. He said he would email the team that deal with claims and assured me it would not be an issue. This is a really good company that puts the customer first.
