## What is GetSignal?

Public companies, corporate insiders, institutional fund managers, and members of Congress are all required to disclose. Those filings are public, but they land scattered across regulators, at odd hours, in formats nobody reads for fun. GetSignal collects them, structures them, and puts them in one feed.

WHAT GETSIGNAL SURFACES
Insider transactions from SEC Form 4 filings, including open market buys and sales.
Congressional trades disclosed under the STOCK Act, with the trade date and how many days later it was actually reported.
Institutional 13F holdings and quarter over quarter position changes.
13D and 13G stake disclosures.
Earnings, analyst rating changes, dividends, and company news from licensed market data providers.

FOLLOW WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT
Search any US listed company, fund manager, or member of Congress and add them to your watchlist. Your feed then carries their activity and nothing else. Filter it by category: Congress trades, insider trades, 13F moves, earnings, analysts, dividends, or news.

ALERTS ON YOUR TERMS
Get a push the moment a profile you follow files something new. Set quiet hours, cap how many pushes you get in a day, or pause everything at once. GetSignal also flags events as Notable or Major from their type and size, so you can triage a busy morning quickly. A flag is context, not a recommendation.

PROFILES THAT SHOW THE WORK
Company profiles carry price history, filings, financials, and analyst coverage. Fund profiles carry AUM, the full holdings list from the latest 13F, and what changed since the prior quarter. Congressional profiles carry disclosed trades and the reporting lag on each one.

WE EXPLAIN OUR OWN NUMBERS
GetSignal ships a methodology screen: where each figure comes from, which ones are estimates derived from range based disclosures, and why a 13F reflects last quarter rather than today. Links to SEC EDGAR and the House and Senate disclosure portals are built in, so you can check the primary record yourself.

OFFICIAL SOURCES
All government sourced information in GetSignal comes from the official public records, which you can consult directly:

GETSIGNAL PRO
GetSignal is free to use, and some features require a paid subscription.
A free account includes 15 follows, one alert rule, instant push alerts, and the full event history. Every profile, filing, and figure in the app is readable without paying.
GetSignal Pro adds unlimited follows, up to 20 alert rules each with its own scope and settings, and price alerts that push the moment a stock crosses a level you set.
GetSignal Pro costs $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year. New subscribers start with a 7 day free trial, which converts into the plan you picked unless you cancel before it ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

NOT A GOVERNMENT APP
GetSignal is an independent app from Signal Technologies Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government entity, including the SEC, the US House of Representatives, or the US Senate. It republishes public records from the official sources listed above.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-10

More is free now.

The 30 day history window is gone: every account reads the full archive, every profile, and every figure behind it. Free accounts follow 15 names instead of 10, and there is no longer a wall in front of a company, fund, or congressional profile.

Congress trade rows now carry the stock's move since the trade date. That is the stock's move, not the member's result, since a disclosure reports a range rather than a fill.

Rebuilt watchlist. Companies, Congress, and fund managers each get their own tab, company rows carry a trend line ordered by the biggest move today, and people and firms carry their latest disclosed activity.

Rebuilt profiles. Congress, company, and fund pages were redrawn on one layout, with trades and financials higher up, analyst coverage on its own screen grouped by firm, and dividends given a real payment record.

Prices tell the truth. When a listing stops being priced, GetSignal now says so and names the date instead of showing a stale number as today's.

Dark by default, with a Light option in Settings that no longer depends on your phone's setting.

First run opens straight into the feed. Onboarding can be skipped a step at a time, and a name you follow before signing up is still there afterwards.

Informational only. Not investment advice.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-07

Opening the app in Light appearance no longer flashes a dark screen before the app loads.

On the subscription screen, the highlighted plan, the price shown and the plan you are charged for are now always the same one.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-17

Share any post as a branded card, straight to X, Messages or anywhere else.

A redesigned welcome screen, with faster sign in through Apple and Google.

Also in this release: a steadier events calendar, insider filings labelled for what they actually are (a stock award and a tax withholding are not open market trades), and fixes to follow counts, subscriptions and post details.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-12
