It mentions that it would take up to 1 business day for a request, yet nothing happened for 2 days already. Also no reply from email, and Contact through the website does not even work. Could it be a scam? There is no point is having to wait this long for an esim, it defeats the purpose. Update: After getting a number, I was able to activate whatsapp, but on Telegram it alerted me that this number is banned. Seems like the number was used before. After contacting again support many many times with only one reply after weeks, just to tell me to explain again the situation to then ignore again.
