Perfect for viewing course content on the go when I am away from my computer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Just use the website. *2025-11-12, version 2.17* Log in details and authentication (if you have it) doesn’t even work on the app. Website works just fine without issue even on your phone. ### 1/5 — Have never been able to sign in *2024-04-25* I am currently enrolled in a course but have yet to be able to sign into the mobile app. I’ve raised a support issue and then also raised the student success advisors with no fix - other then to be told that the password is case sensitive…very frustrating to still be facing this three weeks into a six week long course. ### 1/5 — Superficiality *2023-10-22* From my perspective I found many of your examples and comments farcically alarmist and superficially thought through. Working too hard to make a point versus presenting thoughtful facts within realistic socio economic situation people/consumers find themselves subject. Also, there must be a reason many residents of lesser developed countries want to use America’s banking system through international fintech companies creating this opportunity. I will now behave and continue my lessons ### 2/5 — Overall *2026-03-30, version 3.0.0* It doesn’t provide access to the conversation l, takes time to reflect updates, and makes it difficult to determine the scope or length of assignments or extensions. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2024-02-19* Constantly have to go to the website for the discussion, as well as different types of content. If you are going to offer an app, allow all content and experiences to be completed in the app. ### 3/5 — OK to a point *2023-11-18, version 2.8* This app is a companion to the online courses offered by various colleges that utilise the GetSmarter platform to deliver their online education. Generally the overall online experience is quite good on the app but I’ve knocked it by one star because the online chat function is really fiddly to work out which thread you’re in (and I think most people would be using the app for this purpose). I’ve knocked it by another star because I often find there is a massive time lag between what you see on the app and what you see on the website (eg assignment grades generally seem to appear about a day later). ### 3/5 — Useful but needs improvement *2022-05-01, version 1.12* Reasonable solution to enabling training in the go and to maximise time for training. However, the UI is clunky and has too many click throughs.
